Virdentex OÜ (registration number 12831901) is preparing for a cross-border merger with SIA "Riori" (registration number 58503016921 of the Republic of Latvia). The merger is scheduled to be finalized at a general meeting of shareholders/partners to be held on 31 October 2025.

Notice to Stakeholders

As part of the merger process, stakeholders (shareholders, creditors, and employees) are invited to submit any comments or concerns regarding the merger agreement.
